I’m based in Brooklyn, New York with a background in innovation design consulting. For the past six years, I’ve worked with large and small organizations to define user experience strategies, research the functional and emotional user needs, and test ideas in every medium, across industries.
I am an extremely curious self-starter and go-getter. I’m constantly researching industry trends and paying attention to shifts in customer behavior. You’ll often hear me talking about new products, services, and experiences that I’ve discovered.
In my downtime, I enjoy taking on cooking projects, admiring my dog, auditing new CX concepts, and misting my plants.
