What I Do
Research
I conduct qualitative & quantitative research to deeply understand people (users/customers) to understand their values, behaviors, and beliefs to ground every decision moving forward. From uncovering target customers to developing discussion guides to conducting interviews, I manage research and develop actionable human-centered insights.
Strategy
Through human-centered insights and business goals, I build framework(s) and user journeys to synthesize where the opportunity lies, how the customer needs & wants relate to the brand, and what experience criteria needs to shape the vision. Throughout this process, I bring along clients and collaborators through interactive workshops and engaging presentations.
Design
I develop omni-channel visions as a north star. These big-picture visions are also broken down to deliver journey maps, sketches, descriptions, wireframes, service blueprints, design guidelines, and prototypes. I collaborate and direct efforts with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver inspiring and achievable success, as well as considering individual career growth.
I collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and teammates to present complex concepts, collect feedback, and negotiate with a variety of functions to improve ideas and get buy-in.
